- • CLEAR DISTINCTION: Investment agreement clearly distinguishes profit-sharing participation from equity ownership
VIDA-Shareholder Account belongs exclusively to VIDA shareholders, NOT profit-sharing participants. Participants have no rights or claims to VIDA-Shareholder Account proceeds.

Investment Age Bonus (IAB) Disclaimers

- • First Access: First cashout access only available January 2027
- • Rate Subject to Change: 0.2% quarterly rate may be adjusted based on performance
- • Maximum Limits: Subject to maximum limits (11.2% for most tiers, 10.0% for Platinum)

While we implement bank-level security, no system is completely immune to security breaches. Participants are responsible for maintaining account security and reporting suspicious activity immediately.
